Website translation under the microscope

Professional website translation ideally requires close cooperation between marketing experts and translation experts. In the “Dienstleistungspaket Übersetzung Plus” project carried out as part of the overall C hoch 3 creative community coaching project, I joined forces with Bianca Rucker (marketing) to review technological conditions, objectives, administrative and organisational processes in order to find the ideal “ingredients” for high-quality website-translation and localisation. The result is a reader-friendly checklist which can be used by all people involved in a translation/localisation project and boils complex tasks down to two clearly structured workflows.
